2. Dealer Listings

• All listings must be for vehicles that are currently available for sale and must include accurate descriptions and real photos.

• Dealers must ensure that the vehicle details (mileage, year, condition, etc.) are truthful and not misleading.

• CarMarketplace reserves the right to remove or edit listings that are inaccurate, offensive, duplicated, or spam.

3. Payments and Fees

• Dealers agree to pay applicable listing or promotional fees based on the selected package or service.

• All fees are clearly stated during the listing process and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

 4. Buyer Responsibility

• CarMarketplace does not own or sell any vehicles. We are a platform connecting buyers with car dealers.

• Buyers are responsible for inspecting the vehicle, confirming ownership documents, and making direct arrangements with the seller.

• We recommend meeting in person in a safe, public space before making any payment or transaction.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post fraudulent, stolen, or misleading listings.

• Impersonate another person or entity.

• Use the platform for anything other than buying or selling vehicles.

• Upload any malware, spam, or malicious code

6. Limitation of Liability

CarMarketplace is not responsible for:

• The condition, history, or legality of the vehicles listed.

• Any financial loss, fraud, or disputes that occur between buyers and sellers.

• Any downtime or technical issues on the website.

We provide the platform “as is” and make no warranties regarding its performance or availability.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, branding, and layout on CarMarketplace.com are the property of CarMarketplace and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
