🧾 Listing Fees & Subscriptions

All payments made for listing fees, promotions, or subscriptions are non-refundable once the service has been activated or the listing is live.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents your listing from going live, we will work to resolve the issue promptly. If we’re unable to deliver the service, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
💳 Duplicate or Unauthorized Payments
If you have been charged in error (duplicate transaction or unauthorized charge), please contact us immediately at capetracklogistics@gmail.com or call 068 683 6658. We will investigate and, if verified, issue a full refund.

Listings and promotions can be canceled at any time, but no refund will be issued for unused time once the service is activated.

You can cancel upcoming renewals by logging into your account and disabling auto-renewal.
🕒 Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days. Funds will be returned using the original payment method.
